The collection and processing of your personal application data is exclusively for the purpose of filling vacancies within our company.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 88 GDPR in conjunction with Section 26 (1) BDSG, Article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Your data will only be forwarded to the internal departments and specialist departments of our company responsible for the specific application procedure. Your application data will not be passed on to third parties or used for any other purpose.
Within our company, only those persons and departments will have access to your personal data that need it to process the application procedure.
In the following, we inform you about your rights regarding the personal data concerning you. You have the right to information free of charge according to Art. 15 GDPR,
As a rule, your personal application data will be deleted eight months after completion of the application process. This does not apply if legal provisions prevent deletion and further storage is absolutely necessary for the purpose of providing evidence.
If we process your personal data on the basis of our overriding legitimate interest in the context of a balancing of interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing with effect for the future free of charge at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
We do not plan to use your personal data for direct marketing purposes. Nevertheless, we must inform you that you have the right to object to advertising at any time; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is connected with such direct advertising. We will observe this objection for the future.
